What we collect
There are only two forms on this site, and both run only when you submit them.
Booking request form: full name, e-mail address, phone number, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, chosen room type and your note, if any.
Contact form: full name, e-mail address, subject and your message.
Both forms also record your IP address and the time of submission, to prevent abuse.
Why we process it
To assess your booking request, reply to you about availability and rates, arrange your stay and answer your questions. It is not used for any other purpose.
Legal basis
Your data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK, on the grounds that it is directly related to the formation or performance of a contract and to the legitimate interest of the data controller. Since you initiate the request yourself, your explicit consent is also present.
How long we keep it
Booking requests are kept for at most two years after the request is concluded. Contact messages are kept for at most one year. If a stay takes place, the retention periods required by law apply to the records of that stay.
Who we share it with
Your data is not sold to third parties and is not shared for marketing purposes. Only the hosting provider of this website is technically in a position to access it. It may be shared with competent public authorities where a legal obligation arises.
Cookies
No advertising or profiling cookies are used. Only a session cookie (for form security and language preference) and technical data held by your browser during your visit. If the site administrator has enabled Google Analytics, a cookie notice is shown on the site and your IP address is transmitted in anonymised form.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred at home or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its erasure or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, to object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
How to apply
To exercise your rights, write to info@hoteledirnepalace.com or send a written application to the address above. Your application will be concluded within thirty days at the latest.
